is it possible to map visually transformations between XSDs similary to http://www.altova.com/mapforce.html ?

No currently not,

But I can see those type of tools emerging, especially since the new Schema Composer feature if v12.

I'm not sure however if Sparx considers this as part of the core functionality, or maybe one of the partners will develop something like that.
Most of the basic building blocks exist in EA, it's just a matter of assembling them correctly.
