Export entities not in package
« on: February 05, 2016, 07:14:24 am »
We are taking a 'catalogue' approach to our modelling.
This means that when exporting and importing a diagram the elements are not in the diagram's package.
We have no desire to export entire catalogues, or move entities into the package before export and restore them back to the catalogue after the export.

Is there any kind of 'deep export' that can include the entities outside of the package in the export?
Orthogonality rules
Position and Team disestablished, thanks austerity.
Now itinerant.

No, but maybe using a RAS will help. It exports each package, but also marks which packages it depends on. Allowing a user to recreate the parts of a model they need.
