Hi,  Does anyone know how to use the 'Select composite diagram' that is available in version 12 in version 9? I am in the process of upgrading but need to use child diagram for BPMN is several level 1 processes or Activities. Its very unclear in v 9 how to achieve this. So in Summary I need a Many to one relationship between Parents and a child process model. Thanks

Back int he v9 days there was a "trick" to do it.

There should be an option on the element context menu called "composite diagram"

That option does two things.

- If there is no nested diagram under the element it will create a diagram
- It will link the nested diagram as the "composite" diagram, which means you can double-click the element to open the diagram.

If you have an existing diagram you want to link to just move it under the element (make sure it's the only diagram under the element) and the select the "make composite" option.
Afterwards you can move the diagram to another location, the link will remain.
