Sequence connector modification is not broadcasted

Hi everyone,

has somebody dealt with sequence connector changes and interaction fragment changes not being reported (OnNotifyContextItemModified) by EA?
When I add a new connector of type Sequence, both OnPostNewConnector and OnNotifyContextItemModified are called.
But when I change name or parameters of this connector, nothing is called. Same with interaction fragment type.
Is this a bug in EA API?
