Select diagram in add hyperlink (in Notes) needs search facility.

If you use Select diagram in add hyperlink (in Notes) it is problematic to select the diagram if you have more than a few (as in an Enterprise repository).  The dialog needs a search facility similar to the one used to select classifiers.
