Unit of Measure to be modelled

It has recently been brought to my attention that the Système international d'unités, SI could recently have promulgated a new unit of measure that the world has been waiting for:

The Bozon





The proposed standard unit of stupidity.  It's use is:  "That was a 3 Bozon decision."
