Script Debugging do not work

I changed my PC and now I can not debug any script.

Error Message
[22781951]      Failed to create Debugging process
"C:\KBApps\Sparx Systems\EA\vea\x86\SSProfiler32.exe" "C:\KBApps\Sparx Systems\EA\vea\x86\SSAgent32" "7916"

Remarks: Visual Studio is installed on my machine. Microsoft Script debugger is installed.

Now my problem seems to have gone mysteriously somehow.
Anyhow as long as it works I am happy.
