Solving file lock count exceeded error while syncing replica

Hi,

does anyone know of a simple solution to this pesky MS Access error, without having to delve into Access itself?

Another indication that one can trust Mickeysoft replication only as far as one can throw it. (I know, this is not helpful for you.)
