I did notice that your LICENSE file claims them as your own copyright though. Probably a good thing to correct that.

I very much suspect that you couldn't enforce copyright on any shape script anyway for a number of reasons.  There's probably more protection for everyone involved - across jurisdictions - using creative commons licences.
