Relationship matrix in reports

How is it possible to have the Relationship Matrix for each profile generated as part of an RTF or HTML report?  I am aware of the option to generate CSV or PNG files from each profile, but would ideally like to see the matrix for each profile appear in the generated reports.  
Any help greatly appreciated!
