HI,

i'm trying to update a few glossary items but I keep getting the blocking message that "A glossary with the same name already exists". Anybody knows how to prevent this from happening?

Thanx,
Rick

It looks like you rather try to add than to update. What are you doing exactly?

That error may appear if you're trying to change just the case of the existing glossary term.
Glossary terms are not case sensitive.
If you'd like to achieve that anyway then rename it to a different temporary name then again rename it to the original name with the desired case.

I stumbled over this once (a nice example of EAUI). That time I created my own glossary from MDG-defined elements.
