1302: Diagram Object placement on New Element

When you add elements via the New Element dialog (off the browser, for instance), they get placed on top of each other at top left of diagram.

They need to be offset - in the same way as when you drag a pile of elements off the browser.

Otherwise, you can't even use the layout functions to extract them as (since they are on top of each other and typically the same size) EA treats them as visually embedded.
