Is it possible to create linked Table Of Contents using EA RTF generator?

I mean I already have table of contents generated using my template. I just want that it would be clickable. So that I could press Ctrl + leftclick on table of contents line and then it would jump to the requested place in document.
I know I can open generated RTF and do it manually, but I would like that generated TOC is already like that.
