Synchronize UML Profiles

Hi,

I'm very sorry that I have to roll up this topic again, but this stuff not working makes me crazy.  
I think I read every thread about this issue so far.
I'm trying to synchronize some elements with an UML Profile using this method:

Repository.CustomCommand("Repository", "SynchProfile", "Profile=ProfileName;Stereotype=StereotypeName;")
Now the funny part is, when I run the method, it returns "true", but nothing really happens. And even funnier is that when I try to synchronize elements of the type "Class", the whole EA just freezes respectively chrashes.
I tried a lot and I just have no clue what else I could do.
