Configuring the rules in model validation

I am adding few set of rules to validate my model.
Say Set1, Set2.
To validate the model I first need to configure these rules category.
Based on the selection appropriate add in gets invoked. From my understanding for each category I need to add a new add-in. Is there a way to Configure the rules conditionally using a single add-in?.

I want to have a single add-in and the behavior I am looking for is,
When I go to Model Validation ->Configure, I get to see Set1, Set2.
Depending on the selection those sets get validated.

Any suggestions?
