Defining restricted associations in a UML profile

Hi,

is it possible to define "restricted" associations in a UML Profile?

I'd like to define custom associations/connectors in my profile which can only be used to connect certain elements (stereotypes) of my UML Profile.
When I define stereotypes which simply extend the "Association" metaclass these associations can be used to link everything with everything (what I want to avoid).
