How to copy and paste from xl or word document into the ea model

Can someone provide me the steps how to import xl file into the model and establish the relationship

for ex:

I have a spreadsheet and contains the following

Application Name Apllication type Vendor name SME name, date of software license expiry  description
test 1                  business           XYZ              Kumar        01/01/2017                             back office business operations for payment

I want this spreadsheet to be imported under a package called Business application and within this I would like to see the list of application name appeared as components imported

or alternatively , can I copy and past the application name from the spreadsheet

It sounds like you want to use the CSV import - have a read of http://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.0/model_publishing/csvimport.html
If you create the package you want to import elements into and setup the CSV import specification then the elements will be created.
