Characters lost at import/export Word<->RTF Editor
« on: May 12, 2011, 12:08:41 am »
Afternoon,

I'm working on a template that has first been created in Word, then imported in the RTF editor (in rtf format of course). It seems that when I export the template again from EA, modify it in Word, and re-import it in EA, accented characters are lost or some other are not rendered correctly.
Is there a specific configuration to apply between Word and the RTF Editor of EA ? Or another setting that I bypassed ?

Many thanks for helping !

Michel

Yes, but what version of EA. Earlier versions, eg 7, are challenged when it comes to Unicode and even the beta 9 still struggles with some aspects of Unicode
