import application list in xcel to ea archimate

Hi,
im thinking around doing a montly batch from our system of systems and import this into EA as archimate components.

Before I start, is there a clever way of doing this before i try to attack the database?

Any thoughts? - i bet Im not the first one with this topic, but i couldnt find a solution in search.
