Create my own shortcut?

Is it possible to create a shortcut to "Synchronize replicas"? (EA13)

Tools/Customize/Project -> a bit below the middle of the list

Honestly, you use it at all? And then so often you need a shortcut. I'd rather have a shortcut for "Throw away replica as far as possible".
