Can't connect to Sparx Keystore Server

Hello!

In my institution we have 3 floating licenses for Enterprise Architect. I have installed sparx keystore service and set the sparx systms key store on one computer in our VPN (it has an IP address 10.5.0.25). I have also installed the Enterprise Architect on that computer and everything works great. For this computer I have set the keystore server address to: ssks://localhost.

But the problem is that I can't connect from other computers which are inside this VPN. In case of other computers I'm entering in Licence Management the server address as: ssks://10.5.0.25. After hitting the test button I receive a message "Could not connect to the sparx systems keystore service at ssks://10.5.0.25   Error: Could not connect to the sparx systems keystore service at 10.5.0.25:7770".

Do you have any suggestions what could be the reason for this? Is it even possible to connect like this?

First computer with installed keystore service is win10 and has fixed IP address inside VPN...

I don't see anything in your description that sounds unusual for how the keystore server should be used.

Check that there's not a firewall running and that your VPN isn't enforcing IPv6 addressing. (Unfortunately we haven't got the keystore working over IPv6 yet)

Actually check that the port of the Keystore service is allowed through the Firewall.  You don't have to turn the firewall off.

Thank you both very much! It was due the firewall.

For future reference, I just added path to KeystoreService.exe in "Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall" in firewall settings.
