Gap Analysis Matrix

A few questions on Gap analysis matrix . I use version 12.1.1230

1. Is there a setting that preserves the formatting of Gap analysis matrix . Every time I format the rows and columns to be in  my view , when I come back to it Ill have to re-do it
2. Is there any method to export a Gap analysis matrix or include it in the generated document

It will be also good if we are allowed to color code cells in the Matrix
