RefGUID-TaggedValue open Select <Item> Dialog

Is it possible to open the EA Select <Item> Dialog from Addin and return result to AddIn?

This could be used for own TaggedValues of type RefGUID.
Is it further possible to get the eused setting sof the TaggedValueType and use it as import for the Select <Item> Dialog?

Nope,

I haven't found any way of launching that dialog.
That would be a great feature!
