Overwrite capability on "Drag and Drop" of Tagged Values

We're encouraging our users to "Drag and Drop" tagged values as a productivity (and consistency) aid.

By default, if the tag already exists (in the destination item), EA will issue an error message in the System Output window  - which is reasonable.

However, it would be REALLY useful to provide an overwrite mechanism with "drag and drop".  Perhaps the [Alt] key accelerator could be used?
