Non-solid line doesn’t get suppressed by label

For Associations, (which have a solid line), the label will "interrupt" the line and overlay the line so that the label can be clearly led.  With non-solid lines (such as "DASH"), this doesn't seem to be the case.

Can this be fixed, please?
