File has been moved error.

Hello All,

We are using EA version 12.1.1.1229
We have installed the floating key license file on network drive.
We are accessing it from two office locations.

Users from both office locations are able to access the floating licence EXCEPT ONE PERSON.
He is getting the "File has been moved error".
This one person has all required access rights to network file (like all others), but the error is keep coming.
We have checked everything, and we are not able to find the solution.

Could you please tell me what could be the issue ?
Is there any log file generated by EA which I can check ?
