SPARX Cloud Services Issues

Hi everyone,
I installed sparxsystems cloud services and it is running fine for few days, and I have few mysql databases added to the database managers.
I was a able to connect from my SPARX EA, but when I do XMI import, or even import from a reusable assets, I lose connection, and when I go back to the server and check the services, i found the sparxsystems cloud service is turned off (crashed). I set the recovery to restart after failure for now, but am I doing something wrong to make the service crash? or it is a known problem?

BTW: I am running the could service on windows 10 pro.

Any ideas? please help.

Still experiencing the issue specially when importing xmi or RAS using the cloud service connection.
Can anyone help please.
