Color of Elements changed after Upgrade from V12 to V13

Colleges in my organization complain that after upgrading from V12 to V13 the colors of their colorful diagrams changed.
I know that there are a lot of features to influence the colors in EA, but I have not lots experience with that, because I use always the “monochrome for printing” theme.

Has anyone an idea what caused the color change in V13 and how we can get the V12 colors back?
