How to update element scenarios from Requirement Model to Testing Model

I've created requirements in Requirement Model and imported element scenarios(requirements) to test cases in Testing Model however when there is an update in the requirement scenarios how to sync the updates to existing test cases?

AFAIK there is no out of the box feature that does that.

You could probably do it with a script or something like that, but that requires some work.
