Not working properly on Surface Pro

I have EA 13.5 on a Surface Pro and Asus Laptop.  The Apply / Release Lock does not appear on both the context menu and from the Design panel works fine.  It works fine on the laptop.  Has anyone come across this issue

Are you using the same EA user? Have you turned on security?

So there's the issue. Either use the user with the right privileges or enable the Surface user for using Lock Elements.

If the item doesn't appear in the menus at all, look at the Menu Set
