Business motivation model in ultimate trial

Hi, I have downloaded a trial of EA ultimate but can't find the business motivation model extension which should - as I understand it - be included. How can I find it?

Business motivation model can be found under TOGAF. See the help

Thanks, I have seen this PDF but I still can't find BMM in the software (what screen menu?). I can get to TOGAF in the software, but still can't see BMM.

Once you've installed the TOGAF MDG (http://www.sparxsystems.com/products/mdg/tech/togaf/)
Try finding 'Business Motivation Model' diagram under "TOGAF_BusinessArchitecture" Type (http://www.sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/13.5/model_domains/business_motivation_model_tool.html)
