EA DocX missing after upgrade to Windows 10

EA Sparx 13 and EA DocX 3.9.0.1 worked well in Windows 7.
System crashes caused the upgrade to Windows 10.
Now EA Sparx 13 does not display the EA DocX addin, even though it is installed.

Hi, as a point of forum etiquette could you please start a new thread rather than resurrecting an old barely related thread.  You're more likely to come to the notice of people who can help you like the author of EA DocX.
