Org chart Import by CSV

Hi,

We are currently working on a project where we will use Sparx Enterprise Architect to create and publish the organization chart of a large organization. For this we would like to use the csv import feature.
This worked until now but everytime we perform an import, the roles are recreated eventough the name and key remain the same.
Because the roles are new, the diagrams can not be used anymore and have to be redesigned.

The purpose would be to make it more futureproof since the requirements of the org chart will change over time.
I saw an earlier topic about this but the excel tool mentioned there is not compatible with roles (?)
Is there another way to do this?
