Metadata exchange between Oracle Designer and EA

Good afternoon,

I am aware there is a thread regarding this topic from 2009.  It is now 9 years later and I am wondering if anyone is aware of any additional tools available for the migration of metadata from Oracle Designer to EA? The one tool I do know that can support this is TOOLBUS, but at this point I would like to evaluate some options.

I would be very grateful if anyone could share some insight into this.
