Managing user access in Prolaborate (SSO + local/AD groups)

Hello,

I'd like to ask for help resolving an issue I encountered while building a permission assignnment model.
Prolaborate has SSO configured and the ultimate goal is to set up an integration with Confluence. Based on my knowledge, Prolaborate does not support "User provisioning" and there is no way to synchronize users, for example with Entra ID group.
How can I grant permissions to single user before they log in via sso for the first time?
Do i need to create seperate group for every case?

Currently there is a wide group in Entra for accessing app, I am thinking about creating a dashboard with information like "Contact with admin to obtain required permissions" and no permissions to this group in repository "Access permissions".
Can you tell me how do you manage permissions using local groups, AD integration and SSO all together?
