Add #WC# to SQL parser for «Chart» custom SQL

I guess the title says it all.

We work in a SQL Server database, and deliver product to customers in an EAP file.
We'd like our dashboards to carry over, and using a LIKE in the SQL breaks them.

I never used those EA gimmicks, but I guess you need to raise a formal feature request if you want to see that alive.
