VSBridge VS VSIntegrate

OK, this is just so I can get as many occurrences of 'VS' in the subject line as possible  :D
But whilst we're at it does anyone have a link to a description of the differences between the two: VSBridge and VSIntegrate?

There was a recent reply on a topic in one these forums that explained the difference.
