MDG Microsoft Office export Excel problem with French language

Dear,
When I using the MDG Microsoft Office add-in, with the « export to Excel function » The charactère listed below are not export, I have a code :

û   û
ê   ê
ô   ô
ù   ù

It is for a french language.

The code page is : 28591

This issue appear only on the new elements created with the version 14.
