SPLWOW64.exe - Help

Hi guys, we have been having issues with EA Sparx V14 where the tool randomly freezes up for about 2 minutes. This is completely random and it happens even when the tool is fired up and is just sitting there (on Home Page, some diagram etc) without me even clicking around on it. We did some troubleshooting and found that the printer driver SPLWOW64.exe is causing these random freezes. We tried different approaches like a fresh EA install, printer driver update, Registry fix (where I change the name of old registry and then re-install) but nothing fixed this issue. Also, this happens only on V14.X. When we were on V13.X, we never had this issue. It is extremely frustrating when you are presenting your models and the tool hangs up in your face for abt 2 mins - multiple times.

Does anyone have a solution for this issue ? Appreciate the help.
