"Specialize>Technologies>Publish>Publish Package as UML Profile" not displayed

I have modelled a UML profile using several diagrams within a <<profile>> package.

When I bring up the "Specialize > Technologies > Publish" submenu, the menu entry "Publish Package as UML Profile" is not displayed at all, only "Publish Diagram as UML Profile" is displayed.

I have seen the forum issue about "Publish Package as UML Profile now working" (https://www.sparxsystems.com/forums/smf/index.php/topic,40206.msg246733.html#msg246733) and therefor I have a diagram open. But in my case the "Publish Package as UML Profile" is not displayed at all.

I am using EA v 14.1.1427

I't's a bug. The publish Package function is currently only enabled for Ultimate licenses.

It has been confirmed by Sparx and should be fixed in a next version.
For now you'll have to make due with the Publish Diagram (which works, but is not my preferred way of working either)

Actually there is a workaround to this:
1. On any diagram, create a hyperlink
2. Change type to "EA Command" in Element Properties
3. Chose "SaveUMLProfile" command
4. Select Profile Package in Project Browser
5. Use your hyperlink

Note: If you select diagram, it will behave like SaveDiagramAsUMLProfile.
