where to get help with the DOORS plugin?

When importing from DOORS I get timeouts, but do not know whom to ask to extend the time.

Please send an email to [email protected], or use one of our Bug Report / Support Request forms. Include details like: Version number for: EA, DOORS and MDG Link for DOORS. If possible, please also include screenshots of these timeout errors.
