EA 14.1 - Activation window now showing up

Hi,

some of our team members experience an issue where the Version Activation window does not pop up upon first (or subsequent) execution of the EA.  It goes straight into product registration, and then fails, when provided correct key.  Has anyone ever experienced such behavior ?
