Notes field of Attributes of Datatypes

With EA13.5 I was used to comment Attributes of Datatypes in a Notes field found in the features properties.
Where do I find that Notes field in EA14.1?

I looked in Attribute Properties and expected a tap, but there is only Attribute, Constraints, Redefines.

You can either use the docked notes window, or use the option
Start | Visual Style | Visual Style | Prefer property Dialogs to get the old popup window back.
