UML Profile Attributes

Hi there,

I have created a UML Profile and when I create Attributes for a Stereotype and extend it (metaclass=Class) and import the profile into a model they are created as Tagged Values.

How do I create attributes in a model using a UML Profile and not as tagged values?

What we do is add a stereotyped element to an empty diagram, give it the required attributes, then publish the diagram as a UML Pattern. You can then include the pattern in your MDG Technology and add it to a custom toolbox with a key like "MyTechnology::MyPattern(UMLPatternSilent)".
