Renewed SPARX EA Ultimate and still do not have new credentials

It has been going 1 day ago since I was informed via email that new credentials will be arriving.  I have had no response from SPARX regarding how come new credentials have not arrived.  Emails sent to my sales rep as well as sales.com. 

Anyone have a suggestion regarding who/what I should contact?  Sure would like my new credentials.

Sales at Sparx is usually very responsive. SPAM filters on the other hand aren't.

April 25 was a public holiday in Australia (ANZAC Day).

The Sparxians were either at or watching the Anzac Day Services, followed by the BIG Game in Melbourne (which Collingwood won).

Apart from the refs in pink, you seem to be talking about Rugby. A game played by gentlemen with oddly-shaped balls.

The game that Paolo was referring to was Australian Rules Football, a far more athletic game where the players run fast and soar like eagles into the sky to catch errant Sherrins (which are also oddly shaped), and spend hardly any time at all touching other players' buttocks. If anything, they spend too much time shoulder-barging each other while the ball is at some far-distant place on the oval.

Yes the game that my old Sydney office used to refer to as Aerial Ping Pong.  I really wished I'd thought to try and see a game when I was in Melbourne.
