Order of elements in a metamodel view (toolbox)

I created a metamodel view in my MDG using this new EA14 feature.
I managed to get my elements and relationships but I need to have a custom order. I changed the order of stereotypes in my profile and could find it in the XML file. However I'm not getting this order in the view toolbox. This is odd as I see in the built-in UML views that it's not a standard alpha order.
Is there something that I'm missing?

I have another question: in the main toolbox, I defined a custom icon -> is there a way to get this icon (image) in my view?
