Can’t select Notelink (for example, to use “Link to Element” functionality)!

Is it just our MDG or more common?

I tried to select the NoteLink to use “Link to Element” functionality, and I couldn't select the NoteLink!  v14.1.1429

Can anyone confirm?  I don't want to report a defect until it's confirmed or not.

When a Note is attached to a connector of some sort, the NoteLink is not a model element so you can't select it. If that is the case, right-click the Note element instead. If it isn't the case, more information needed.

Sorry, should have been more specific, I've attached a note to a vertex (element). I already knew about not selecting attached links, thanks, Neil.
