Error message 'UML Development Tool has stopped working'

We are using Enterprise Architect v.14 with a CLOUD connection to an Oracle Repository.
We are unable to reproduce this error on a local .EAP file.

Sparx Support advised us to send them a copy of DBError.txt (from %APPDATA%\Sparx Systems\EA) and to perform a data integrity check on our model.
https://sparxsystems.com/enterprise_architect_user_guide/14.0/model_repository/checkingdataintegrity.html

The data integrity logs say “No problems found”.

This error can easily be reproduced.  Sparx Support seem to have exhausted ideas.

Just an idea: in the server containing the Cloud Server, check the config file of the cloud server. There are a couple of paths that have a '\' missing. Edit the two lines in order to be: %SERVICE_PATH%\Temp and %SERVICE_PATH%\Logs.

Then restart the Cloud service and try again
