Greetings,

I don't understand the relationship between the requirement element's Stereotype and Type field.
On the Element Property window, Type = Requirement Stereotype = Business Requirement. Type changes to Business Requirement. If I select Class as a type, and keep the same stereotype the colour of the element on diagram, no change in the stereotype.

What is the purpose of the Type field if the value changes based on the Stereotype value?

There you are. There's a current thread dealing with that.

To make it short: it's a Sparxian quirk. The requirement type is stored in the stereotype. And there's another table that hold valus for the drop down. Bah, this won't take me down!
