Add Element and Toolset options

I can't seem to figure out how the feature is working. I am working in EA 14.1

When I created a new Element in the project browser (right click package and select Add element) then I like to have both the UML and Archimate toolsets available at the same time, so I can easy switch. No other toolsets.

I have created a custom perspective and selected the relevant UML and Archimate "Visible MDG Technologies"

When I do switch to my custom perspective then only Archimate is shown and not the UML. What am I missing?

I now have to switch perspective each time to get the toolset (within Add element) with either UML or Archimate. The toolbox for a diagram I can manage, but I also like to manage the toolset for Add Element
